Tennis in the United States is played on three kinds of places: public park courts run by a city or county, member clubs and country clubs with their own pros and leagues, and commercial tennis centers that sell court time by the hour. Public courts are usually free and first come, first served, with a posted limit (often 60-90 minutes when others are waiting); busier cities run online reservation systems with a small fee and a permit for the season. Indoor courts are rented by the hour and booked days ahead in winter. Most facilities are hard courts; clay is common in the Southeast and at private clubs, and grass is rare. Lights extend play into the evening at many parks, sometimes with a coin or app-operated switch.

Unfortunately, our stay was extremely disappointing, and what made it worse was how many opportunities the hotel had to make things right afterward. We were traveling with our children and found a condom wrapper in our room the morning after our stay. It was absolutely not ours. My daughter was the one who found it and, thankfully, had no idea what it was. This was clearly a housekeeping issue, and it immediately made us question how thoroughly the room had actually been cleaned and inspected. I had also commented to my husband the night before that the room smelled strange. I reported the wrapper to the front desk, and they apologized and told me we would receive 10,000 bonus points for the inconvenience. We were only given 5,000. I then chatted with customer service online and was told to call. I called, explained everything again, and was transferred directly to the hotel without the person even letting the hotel know why I was being transferred. I had to explain the entire situation yet again. The hotel employee apologized and told me the same person would call me back to get the remaining points corrected. She never called. At that point, it wasn't even about the points anymor

Play sucks they made their parking lot so you can’t get into it with a truck and trailer or pick up and a trailer. I don’t know why hotels do this. You think you’d make a bigger parking lot and accessible to people that are pulling trailers cause we’re always pulling trailers going across country. You’d have a lot more business if you made your parking lot better.

Facility was very clean and well appointed. The room was comfortable and layout was good. The breakfast was fine. I did have an issue with check-in and staff was not overly receptive. I called around 1:30 pm and asked if the room was ready (3:00 is normal check in time) The receptionist said it was, so I drove 30 minutes to checkin before going to a meeting. When I got there the receptionist said is was not ready but she would text me when it was. So I drove 30 minutes back to my meeting. I finally received the text at 5:31pm. Not acceptable customer service.
